Job Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making offers and onboarding new hires.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts.
Implement and monitor performance management systems, ensuring that employees are meeting organizational goals.
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement feedback to improve the work environment.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
Keep accurate and confidential records of all employee data, including attendance, performance, and contracts.
Skills & Qulifications
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of HR policies and practices.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive employee relations.
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plus.
