Telecaller

The Telecaller will play a crucial role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound calls. Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services and identify sales opportunities.
Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with accurate information.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion of prospects into clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication scripts and strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and interests.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate service offerings to potential clients.
Skills & Qulifications
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in other regional languages is a plus.
Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
High level of patience and professionalism when handling objections or difficult conversations.
Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
